Available on Acceleration's Dedicated and Co-location server plans. Backup services insure you can be up and running, with limited or no loss of data, in the event of a catastrophic failure to your primary hardware and/or software. These solutions provide our Co-location clients an effective cost alternative to hosting a secondary server for backup purposes. For our Dedicated hosting clients, these additional options provide expanded coverage over what is already included in your plan.
 
All backup services include up to two restores per month from the last backup performed. We do not retain old backup copies unless otherwise requested. If you require retention time beyond the normal interval between each backup, please ask your account representative for a customized quote that fits your specific needs.
